Spring Retreat

 

St Joseph's Retreat Centre, Formby Thursday 29th,March to Sunday 1st,April 2012

 

It is well away from roads and traffic and is entirely surrounded by National Trust property featuring extensive natural pine woods in which a rare colony of red squirrels lives. Beyond the house lies a wilderness of sand dunes leading to miles of unspoilt coast. One may walk in any direction through natural scenery.
 

The house has an abundance of comfortable single rooms, each with a basin. There are plenty of loos, baths, showers, tea making points, working and relaxing spaces. Everywhere is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.
 

It is an ideal place in which to hold a retreat or course.
 

The cost is £280

 

  

One Week Residential Courses  -   generally take place in Pembrokeshire in Wales, three times a year.

 

Current cost £310 - £340 inclusive of tuition, food and accommodation.

 

 

Day courses   -  generally happen in Oxton, on the Wirral, and Hever in Kent, at monthly or six-weekly intervals. Occasionally in Spain.

Current cost per course £30/40. Drinks and biscuits provided. Bring a packed lunch. 

 

Evening Sessions  -  Take place in Oxton, on the Wirral, and Warrington at roughly monthly intervals. Current cost £8.
